This session will be an overview of the Daily 5 classroom management system, noting how it support the AH Profile of a Learner, and isdesigned to promote student independence and engagement through authentic reading and writing. We will also share the CAFE reading strategies menu, along with a few ideas for using mentor texts to present the concepts. There will albe time for discussion and questions, as well.
